Strong Families Strong Wyoming (SFSW) is a statewide initiative dedicated to helping youth and families build healthy relationships and stronger communities. Through education, engagement, and creative programming, SFSW promotes communication, connection, and emotional well-being across Wyoming. Our objective is to help both traditional high school students and at-risk youth increase their knowledge and skills to improve their likelihood of forming and sustaining healthy relationships, co-parent effectively, and develop self-sufficiency as they transition into adulthood. Position Overview
The Project Support Specialist (PSS) provides essential administrative, data, and outreach support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of SFSW programs, including the U.S. ACF HHS Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) and READY4Life (R4L) grants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing details, supporting others, and bringing creativity to outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
  • Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings, including agendas and meeting notes.
  • Complete post office and supply runs (minimum twice per week).
  • Oversee SFSW accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Professional Teaching Standards Board (PTSB) on training applications.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files.

Data Entry & Program Tracking
  • Track and input attendance, service contacts, and incentive distributions for both grant programs.
  • Assist with survey administration and data collection.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases in collaboration with the data and evaluation team.
  • Partner Engagement & Dissemination
  • Support communication and engagement with statewide partners.
  • Create and distribute the SFSW E-Newsletter featuring updates and success stories.
  • Assist with the Healthy Relationship Crate (HRC) project-helping curate items, design the booklet, and assemble boxes.
  • Develop and post engaging content on social media platforms.
  • Assist with developing and assembling outreach materials and annual awareness mailers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office administration, communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or outreach support experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom; Canva experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfort with basic data entry and survey platforms.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.

Work Environment
  • Based in Cheyenne, WY, with one day a week flexible hybrid work opportunities.
  • Occasional travel within Wyoming for meetings or events.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. for mailings and outreach materials.
